Fees For Filing and Recording Services throughout Florida

1. Fees start at $195.00 regardless of where you need services in Florida.
2. Each transaction is evaluated and a confirmed flat fee will be offered to you.
3. Fees are generally based upon how fast you need your filing and recordation accomplished.
4. You pay for postage, expenses and overnight return of your documents and receipts.
5. We bill for wait time. The first half hour of wait time is included in the initial fee quote. However, if we encounter unusual waiting time to accomplish your service request, you will be billed at a rate of $25.00 per quarter hour. Wait time fees apply for all locations throughout Florida.|
